A spacious room with all the essentials like a clean bathroom and a big TV with lots of channels. It has AC, a microwave 🍿, and even hypo-allergenic pillows. The bed is super comfy too!

The breakfast was very good and superb with the lovely waffles, chobani yogurt which was a plus, fruit, and the team was courteous and kept the space clean.

I was told before I left that I could rate my experience on this online survery. I think there could be some improvements. I should have been notified of the construction going on. The noise was very distracting. The bathroom sink would not drain! The pillows were very uncomfortable. The bathtub was dangerous for seniors. There was no vent in the bathroom.

The breakfast selection was huge and diverse, especially loved the delicious waffles, which were the best we've had in the area, and our queen suite was fresh and tidy.

The location is very convenient to Universal Studios. The staff were very friendly too.

There are only 4 drop off times to Universal Studios. The time spans were far enough apart that we opted to walk there.

Great breakfast offerings, including delicious waffles and Chobani yogurt - a nice bonus! The central location is fabulous, right in the heart of everything. 🥞

Very clean. I was surprised at how nice the room was considering the great price. We usually stay at pricier hotels that aren't as clean. Jacqueline at the front counter was exceptionally nice and helpful!

We stayed at Comfort Suites for 4 days while visiting Universal Studios. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the park and away from the busy city. The room was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The free shuttle to Universal was convenient, although we occasionally used Uber at night. Breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of options and a hardworking staff. we had a great stay and would choose this hotel again for our next visit.

The location of this place is perfect for dining out and visiting a popular amusement park, plus the staff here are really friendly and always ready to assist.
